I stayed at Fort Castle for two nights during my group tour of Southern India. The location in Fort Kochi was excellent, just a short walk from the Chinese Fishing Nets and various restaurants. However, I faced some challenges with the room's amenities. While the room itself was clean, it lacked some essential comforts, which made for a mixed experience overall.

I encountered a significant issue with the towel rack, which came off the wall when pulling a towel. This incident resulted in a broken sink, and the manager's initial response was concerning.
